We at hadir set out the terms under which you access and use our platform. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a tournament entry or forecast, you agree to these terms. Our terms cover account eligibility, deposit and withdrawal rules, tournament mechanics, dispute resolution, and jurisdiction restrictions.

These terms are not a legal contract written by lawyers for lawyers. Instead, they explain what we expect from you and what you can expect from us. We operate slot tournaments (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), live-dealer tables, and sportsbook markets. Winnings are credited to your account; losses are final. We do not offer refunds on tournament entries or forecasts except in cases of technical error or match cancellation. Bonus terms and promotional offers on hadir

We do not publish fixed bonus amounts. Any promotional offer we make is subject to terms that we publish at the time of the offer. We will investigate your complaint and respond with a resolution within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your complaint to our compliance team. We will review the escalation and provide a final response within 10 business days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may pursue legal remedies available under your jurisdiction's law. We do not offer arbitration or mediation services; disputes are resolved through our internal process or through courts of competent jurisdiction.

Account suspension and termination on hadir

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, or use hadir in violation of applicable law. Violations include but are not limited to: providing false information during KYC, attempting to manipulate tournament outcomes, using multiple accounts to circumvent limits, or accessing hadir from a jurisdiction where it is prohibited. If your account is terminated, your balance will be held for 90 days pending investigation. If no violation is confirmed, we will return your balance to your registered payment method. If a violation is confirmed, we may forfeit your balance in accordance with applicable law and our compliance obligations.
